What is your policy?

All reservations require a 50% deposit to reserve booking.

Rental payment balance is due four weeks prior to the reservation date whenever applicable. After final payment is received you will be provided check-in instructions.

A refund minus electronic processing fees will be returned for cancellations three weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date.  Cancellations within the three weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date are forfeited.  

No smoking

No pets

No parties or events unless contracted by Pine Creek Country Retreat

No hunting unless contracted
 

Things to Know

Pine Creek Country Retreat has a self check-in via lock box, unless otherwise arranged. Due to its location Pine Creek Country retreat has limited cell service (You will be unplugged, but you will not be sorry). There is NO television, NO WIFI, and it is a short drive to almost everywhere!
